GYROTONIC® Method

GYROTONIC®, method created by Juliu Horvath, uses specially designed equipment that creates resistance to stretch and strengthen muscles, tendons and joints. The low-impact exercises are performed in conjunction with breath to increase coordination, endurance and aerobic activity.

GYROTONIC® method is an excellent way to open up tight shoulders and hips, and increase the flexibility of your spine. The movements encourage stability and strength to address a wide variety of issues, including knee, wrist and back pain.
